Novotel Citygate Hong Kong

The hotel connects straight to Citygate Outlet mall, which links to the MTR and bus station. The free airport shuttle in both directions was especially convenient. We had a pleasant family stay, with a fast check-in and a kind early check-in. Since only a queen-sized room was available then, they also provided a free extra bed. The room was spacious, had enough water and toiletries, and offered a great mountain and ocean view.

The shuttle from terminal 2 was comfortable and took about 10 minutes. Finding it from terminal 1 wasn't easy, so ask for directions, then look for door 9 for the Citygate shuttle. I was lucky to arrive just as it was about to leave, though it runs every 20 minutes or so. Desk staff were polite and informative, and check-in was easy. My standard room on the 20th floor was clean, modern, and comfortable, with a decent view. Blackout curtains let me sleep for a couple of hours before dinner at the mall attached to the hotel. I also took a short walk nearby, but it's quite urban, so don't expect a nature hike. I returned for a proper sleep and took the shuttle again in the morning. The trip was convenient and comfortable, highly recommended.

A very nice hotel, with a helpful arrival team and a clean, tidy room. The bed was the most comfortable I've slept in for a long time. There's a shopping mall attached, what I'd call a designer outlet. I was only there for the night and didn't get a chance to eat at the hotel.

The room was roomy and comfortable, and the staff were kind and helpful. I’ve stayed at Novotel twice now and had a great experience both times. Novotel Citygate is especially convenient, right in Citygate Outlets, linked to the MTR, with an airport shuttle. I did find the lack of a bidet inconvenient, though, and I’d like to see more breakfast choices.
