This pet-friendly serviced apartment has flooring that really doesn’t suit a home with pets. It’s badly worn already, and the waterproof coating has completely broken down. I mop to keep things clean, but the floor started darkening in less than two weeks. Management said they would replace it, but communication has been far too slow. Two weeks later, my request was still pending, then another ten days went by without any update. I had to follow up myself, and I’m deeply dissatisfied with how passively management has handled the problem.

The service was consistently helpful and up to a high standard, and being in the same building as the Conrad meant I could use its gym and pool. I spent a year in a serviced apartment at Pacific Place Apartments and would happily recommend it. The flat was spacious and modern, with comfortable furniture, tasteful decor, and a well-equipped kitchen. Its Admiralty location was handy, between Central and Wanchai, with an MTR station about five minutes away.

We’ve been living here for a year and are very happy with the apartment. The staff are kind and helpful, and the location is convenient.
