Panda Hotel

We had a great stay, and the room was noticeably larger than a typical Hong Kong hotel room. The hotel connects to the MTR by a walkway, with a bus stop right outside near the 7/11 where you can catch the A31 toward HZMB if you’re going to Macau. A mall on the ground floor has an Aeon grocery store, a department store, and shops including adidas and New Balance outlet stores. There are plenty of restaurants too, along with KFC, Pizza Hut, Starbucks, and 7/11. Staff are usually in the lobby and ready to help guests.

The staff were accommodating, and the place was clean and pleasant. They even let me leave my bags after checkout while I went out, so I’d recommend staying here. While reading other reviews, I saw someone mention a helpful staff member named 'Nelson'. I got to meet him too, and he was very kind and spoke English really well. I was waiting alone in the lobby for my companions, so he took me to a restaurant inside the hotel and gave me a drink for free. Thanks, Nelson, for making my stay so much better. I hope you keep enjoying your job. :)

The amenities were very clean, and the hotel was easy to get around from. I also appreciated that towels were changed every two days. The staff spoke English very well and were accommodating, which made things easier. My family and I stayed at Panda Hotel February 7-11, and had a great experience. Thanks, and until next time!

The hotel is a bit far from Central, though the free shuttle runs at set times and you can check the schedule at the concierge desk. There are plenty of shops within walking distance, and the location worked out fine for us. Our room was cozy, and fresh towels and dental care items were provided every two days. Service was good, and concierge held our luggage free of charge at check-in and check-out. A nice stay, thank you Panda Hotel.
