The staff were all polite, friendly, and willing to help with requests. I also liked the Halal menu, especially the Western dishes like pasta and baked fish, though some other meals were just so-so. The room and bathroom were clean and cozy, and the size felt just right. The facilities worked well. Twice, though, I spotted tiny spider-like things crawling on the bed. I don’t know where they came from, but it wasn’t a major problem and they were easy to get rid of. A pleasant stay, and I’d come back if I had to quarantine again.

The Asian dishes on the menu were especially good. Staff were wonderful, handling calls, requests, and reminders in a friendly and polite way. Thanks for making quarantine feel so pleasant. I had enough room to work out and do yoga during the 21 days. The bathroom looked chic with its black tiles, and the rain shower and separate shower head both worked well. There were lots of useful supplies, including towels, toothbrushes and toothpaste, toiletries, tissues, trash bags, and slippers. I could plug my HDMI cable into the TV too. The one thing I didn’t like was the flat pillow, so I used my own. A higher floor facing Hollywood Plaza gives you a nice view of the mountains and sunrise.

The room stayed humid even with the air conditioning running, and either the bedding or the beds needed better sanitizing because there was a musty smell. Still, for a 10-night quarantine stay, the price was solid. The rooms were modern and the food was quite decent.

For a 14-day quarantine, the price was reasonable and the room had enough space to exercise. Having a proper desk and chair was a big help for work, and the meals arrived warm and tasted good. Everyone on staff I spoke with was well mannered. The view was the only drawback, though it was expected for the area, so I won’t complain. Highly recommend!
