Manager Kelvin handled our room problem with real care. Our first room was stuffy because the air-conditioning seemed weak or faulty. Though it was late at night, he listened patiently and arranged a room change, staying courteous and professional throughout. That turned what could have been a stressful situation into a positive one. The rest of our stay was uneventful, which was good. The facilities do feel overdue for refurbishment, from the building and interior design to the plumbing and lack of modern smart-TV features. The airport shuttle was another frustration: after missing the previous bus on arrival in Hong Kong, we were told to wait more than three hours for the next one. With high international arrival volumes, that frequency seems inadequate for a hotel group like Regal. A bus every 1-1.5 hours would make more sense. The 2025 hotel membership programme transition was poorly communicated and inconsistent. We ran into gaps, missing points, and trouble getting membership recognition at the front desk. Kelvin deserves credit for the service recovery, but clearer processes and a long overdue refresh would improve the hotel.

We had a lovely five-night family stay. The location was convenient, check-in went smoothly, the amenities were good, and the rooms were clean. Wi-Fi was reliable and room service was quick. The staff were helpful, especially Mr. Dennis Dulay and Mr. Taveeb of concierge. Highly recommended!

The views were great and the staff were so helpful. Breakfast at the buffet was generous, and the rooftop pool was five-star. The room was spacious, too. The decor is a bit dated, but the value more than makes up for that.

The rooms are roomy by Hong Kong standards, with large windows, decent beds, space to open luggage, and bathrooms bigger than you often find in the city. Inside, it has an older luxury look, with marble floors, large chandeliers, and a vintage feel. There’s a rooftop pool, gym, and several restaurants, including a Chinese restaurant locals go to for dim sum. Causeway Bay is the real convenience here. Shops, cafés, and transport are right outside, and Times Square, Sogo, and Victoria Park are all walkable. You can get to the MTR, hop on a tram, or find a taxi easily. Service is friendly and straightforward, and check-in is smooth. Regal Hongkong Hotel feels like a reliable, comfortable choice if you want to stay close to the action.

The room was bright, spotless, and well equipped, and I slept really comfortably. The bathroom was clean, with good quality amenities and everything seemed thoughtfully looked after. At check-in, the front desk staff were welcoming and made things quick and easy, even sharing useful ideas for nearby sights and places to eat. I had a comfortable stay and would recommend the hotel to friends. I’d like to come back.
