Regent Hong Kong

The staff were warm, professional, and greeted us with smiles throughout. We also had a relaxing afternoon tea in the lobby. As a Platinum member, we were upgraded to a sea-view room, and the hotel thoughtfully provided slippers and bathrobes for our child. The room was very well appointed, with a large, comfortable bed, premium toiletries, and nine coffee capsules at once, replenished promptly each day. The location is excellent for families. Avenue of Stars and K11 MUSEA Mall are right nearby, with dining, art, and shopping in the area. The Hong Kong Space Museum and LEGOLAND Discovery Centre are also a short walk away. We’ve stayed at many InterContinental Group hotels and brands, and Regent Hong Kong is an outstanding option for family or leisure stays. There’s always something better still.

The view over Victoria Harbour from our suite was beautiful, and the whole property felt calm, refined, and welcoming. My partner and I had a relaxing stay, with every detail reflecting quality and care. The Regent Club experience felt both luxurious and personal, and I’ve stayed in luxury hotels around the world, so I found the Club Lounge service truly outstanding. Amy kindly upgraded us to a stunning suite. It was a bit expensive, but worth every penny and made the stay feel special. Sachin was attentive and hospitable, Pranita had lovely warm conversations with us, and Himmy and Daniel served excellent drinks with friendly service. Edward at the club lounge bar was always kind and professional and made us feel well looked after. He’s a real credit to the hotel. We left with beautiful memories and would gladly recommend the hotel. We’ll be back soon. The picture was taken from our suite.

Breakfast in the club was excellent, with a varied à la carte menu plus a small buffet of pastries, fresh fruit, and yogurt. The sparkling tea is a must-try. Club staff were genuinely warm and helpful, and Amy Desmond and Sachin were particularly courteous and attentive throughout my stay. The room was bright, very clean, and thoughtfully designed, and it felt comfortable and inviting. I was a little disappointed not to get an upgrade to a harbour-view room, but I still had a very pleasant stay. Regent Hong Kong continues to impress me with professional, exceptional service.

Elvis deserves a special mention for being kind, proactive, and thoughtful about the details. His service felt polished but personal, and made the visit more memorable. I loved spending time in the room, not just sleeping there. It was spacious, beautifully designed, and carefully laid out, with plush bedding and refined finishes that made it feel like a comfortable luxury retreat. The Regent sets a high bar for guest-focused hospitality. I’d gladly return and recommend it to anyone looking for a special hotel stay.
