Those little family details made a real difference: there was a bathtub, a step stool, an anti-slip mat, and filtered water safe to drink. The staff were accommodating and arranged connecting rooms for us. We were travelling with a toddler on our first visit to Hong Kong, and the clean, roomy hotel room made it a comfortable family stay. MOKO Mall and Mong Kok East MTR are directly connected to the hotel, which was very convenient. We chose well and would recommend it to families visiting Hong Kong for the first time.

The staff looked after our luggage when we arrived and helped us figure out the best way to get to Macau. Our rooms were clean and roomy, and the bathroom was well maintained, though there’s no bidet. Moko Mall is right next door and the train station is close by. For my first trip to Hongkong, this was a comfortable stay and well worth it.

Mr Hugo at the front desk was warm and professional. We’ve stayed at Royal Plaza Hotel three times, and this visit was for our third trip to Hong Kong and our 2nd anniversary. The hotel was full that morning, but we managed to book a room that evening at the last moment. Mr Hugo noticed our situation and loyalty and upgraded us, even though the hotel was very full. We also asked for advice on celebrating our anniversary, and he kindly made a suggestion. The room made the occasion feel special and unforgettable. Thanks, Hugo!

The PLAZA PREMIER FAMILY PLUS room we booked was nearly 800sqf and spacious enough for up to 4 adults. We stayed at the Royal Plaza Hotel from 21-25 January 2026. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful, from reception and the phone operators to the restaurant wait staff, including Joey and Henry in Lion Rocks. Housekeeper Gigi greeted us with a lovely smile each morning as we headed to breakfast. The hotel connects to Moko Shopping Centre and Mong Kok East MTR, making it very convenient. On the weekend, they also screened people at the lift lobby as an added security measure.

The care the staff showed my older mom and aunt really stood out. We had booked two rooms, and when we arrived, we found a damaged wheelchair tyre. The hotel lent my mother a temporary wheelchair for the stay. The next day, a supervisor checked whether they needed anything else and brought a shower bench to make bathing easier. I hadn’t expected such attentive service, so many thanks to the staff and manager. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and roomy for a strategic Mong Kok location. MOKO shopping mall is right next door with lots of dining choices, and Mong Kok East mtr station is beneath MOKO, making it easy to get around. We’re very happy we chose this hotel in Hong Kong.
