The staff were especially friendly, and the rooms were clean and spacious. It's easy to get to the shopping centre and train station using the skybridge. I'd love to return soon.

Getting to Ocean Park was easy from here, just one MTR stop or a 10-minute walk. The hotel is also only 2 minutes from the MTR by a covered footbridge that connects straight to the building and to a mall with restaurants, shops, and supermarkets. Our mountain-view room was spotless and modern, with a washing machine. Detergent pods were available at reception for 10 HKD. The room had a microwave, a multi-socket adapter with USB ports, wireless phone chargers by the beds, and automated blackout curtains that made it pitch-dark during the day. The bathroom came with Smith & Co. amenities, eco-friendly toothpaste and brushes, and a touch-flush toilet. A new hotel with great attention to detail. Highly recommended.

The washer and dryer made a big difference during my extended stay, and the TV reception was excellent. The hotel was immaculately clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with a welcoming feel. Staff were always friendly, professional, and keen to help. I stayed at the Shama Hub Metro South Hong Kong over the Christmas and New Year holidays. The MTR station and a mall were just a short walk away, so getting around and taking care of daily needs was easy. The stay was seamless, and I'll definitely visit again. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hong Kong.

There was a gym for staying active and a coworking space for getting work done. The comfortable space and thoughtful amenities made this a memorable stay.
