The breakfast is a little limited, though good quality, and the scones are especially tasty. There are also nice bakeries nearby. The hotel is in a lively area with charming cafés, and the location is ideal. The rooms are remarkably spacious for Hong Kong at this price. What stood out most was the service. The staff were professional, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Philip and Henry were especially helpful during our stay. I have very few complaints and would recommend the hotel.

The receptionists were such kind gentlemen, wow. The room was clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked great. Both mattresses sagged in the middle, but it was okay for two nights. Breakfast was fine for us, though don't expect much. The pastries were dry, but the scones were amazing. Thanks for the service, I'd definitely recommend the hotel.

I travelled alone, and the room was comfortable, dark, quiet from outside noise, with a good bed and reliably warm shower. The staff were super friendly, the location was very good, and the hotel looked fine, not old or worn down. It was enough for me on my own. I didn't want breakfast anyway, since there are plenty of nearby places for affordable local food. Still, I nearly gave this zero stars. I chose the room based on the price and online photos, which I found misleading. Check the square metres before booking this or any hotel. Before check-in, they said my room was too small and offered an upgrade. It felt like a scam, since I was already there and wouldn't get a refund if I left, so I paid extra just to have enough space to open my luggage. With the original price plus the upgrade, I could have booked somewhere else in the area with better location, space, or design. Later I found other reviews with the same complaint. At check-in they showed me poor-looking breakfast photos and said I had to schedule delivery to the room every morning. I didn't order it because I couldn't predict when I'd be free or hungry, and the pictures looked unappealing. I was happier going out for local food. Other guests said the breakfast was tasteless bread and coffee, and that having to choose a time each day was inconvenient. They messaged me 24 hours before arrival to say a deposit was required. Reviews said some people hadn't received card refunds and the hotel blamed their banks. To avoid that hassle, I paid cash, which they returned at checkout without a problem. Bring an extra 100 US dollars or 700 HK dollars. The air-conditioning thermostat didn't work, so it was either on or off, leaving the room very hot or very cold.

We booked through Agoda for business in Hong Kong. Our auditor checked and asked us to pay a 1000 HKD deposit by November 21, 2025. As of January 13, 2026, it still hadn't been returned. It's a pity. Could the hotel email proof that the deposit refund is being processed?
