For Hong Kong, this capsule hotel is very affordable, and you still get your own room and locker room. It was my first time staying in a capsule hotel with a shared bedroom, and the experience was pretty good. The staff were very helpful.

The pods in the mixed dorm are great and lock with a key card. The mattresses are a little thin, but not painfully so. There's a USB and USBC port in each pod, with wall sockets just outside. Air vents keep things from getting super stuffy, though it still gets warm inside. A medium sized hiking backpack fits in the lockers, which lock with a key. There are only two bathrooms, both with showers, so timing takes a bit of planning. Disposable towels and toothbrushes with toothpaste are provided, but honestly they're not great. Staff are super helpful.
The location is good, but I wouldn't spend the money again. The bathroom was awful, the bed uncomfortable, and the pillow useless. Towels were disposable, and there was garbage everywhere. I even got trapped inside the capsule and had to bang on the emergency button to get out.
For 200 HKD, I got a tiny dorm-style capsule with an AC vent, a bit of storage, an alarm, and reading lights. You can close the door for privacy. Showers and toiletries were provided. It was my first time staying in a capsule in Hong Kong.
The price felt high, though I know that's common in HK. The location is really convenient, and the service was good. I was late for check-in, but staff reached out directly to make sure I could still get in.
