The room's purple color theme was wonderful, and my kids loved it. Pure herbs bathroom vanities were very nice, and the hotel felt clean and fresh. Staff were helpful and accommodating. The location is an advantage too, closer to the train station, Macau Ferry, and good restaurants. Very good experience overall.

I like the place and would come back on my next visit to Hong Kong. It's right next to Sheung Wan station, convenient for shopping districts and food places. Staff are friendly, understand my English well, and answer all my questions. There's a small gym area and a lounge where you can work. The WiFi isn't as fast, though still good. Sometimes there was noise in the morning, probably some construction, but everything else was pretty good.

It's a bit dated, and my room was a little dirty. The lobby smelled like mildew. I ordered takeout for the room but there was no cutlery or utensils, even though they serve breakfast in the mornings, so I made do with coffee stirrers as chopsticks XD. At least they brought ice to my room?? I'd only stay here for being close to Central, Sheung Wan and western HK Island, with the tram and the mtr just a few steps away.

We had the deluxw room, which felt relatively spacious for Hong Kong. The hotel facilities are basic, but the central location, value, cleanliness, and comfortable room would bring me back without hesitation.
