We came to HK to visit family over Chinese New Year and stayed for two weeks. The staff made us feel so welcome, and I already miss them. Our six-month-old was delighted to see the restaurant staff each morning. The apartment had a spacious, peaceful view, and the cleaning was thorough. It was lovely returning to a fresh apartment after a long day out. We’ll definitely be back!

I used a Klook coupon for high tea. The food was average, nothing special, but acceptable, and the service was excellent. It was very quiet there, a nice setting for a peaceful lunch with friends. The location was a bit far and inconvenient, though bus 12K gets you close, followed by a short walk.

We stayed for 2.5 weeks in a spacious, well-equipped apartment. Everyone spoke English, but service could be tough because some of the junior staff were very rude. The location is difficult if you have a stroller.

The lounge was comfortable and handy for drinks and meals, and the staff were very friendly. There’s a bus stop close by and a supermarket in the building across the street. Even during the typhoon, I could spend time in the lounge without any problems. With its spacious rooms and great view, it felt like a home away from home in Hong Kong.

The room had a superb view and a comfortable bed, and the shuttle to Central was very convenient. It would be nice if they offered limited shuttle service outside peak hours. Breakfast had enough choices for us, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and very accommodating.
