The location in the heart of causeway bay was fantastic, close to lots of shops and restaurants. I stayed at the V for a month. The room was quite small but clean and had the amenities I needed, and weekly cleaning and towel changes were included. The reservations team answered my questions and was helpful. The front desk tried to help, but seemed short on resources, and staff came across as unfriendly and inconvenienced by requests. I checked out at the end of November, leaving the place clean and without damage or other issues. Nearly the end of January now, and I still haven’t received my one-month deposit. It was 18K HKD, and I’m concerned about the place’s financial viability when it can’t return that amount more than 50 days after checkout. I contacted accounts payable repeatedly by WhatsApp, email, and voicemail, but got no response. The after-service has been absolutely horrible. Do not stay here if you want your deposit back!
The location was excellent, with the MTR, tram, bus stops, malls, and general stores all within walking distance. We had a good stay for five days in October 2025. We were given an upgraded room on a high floor, and it was exceptionally clean and nicely designed. The AC, induction cooker, and washing machine all worked well, and there was cutlery for cooking or heating food. Mr.Cho handled our check-in and was very friendly and helpful. When we thought we were stuck inside because of an issue with the door lock, Mr.Peter sorted it out right away. I’d recommend the place for families and couples with small kids. Check-in is at 3, but they let us leave our luggage. There was tourist tax and a refundable 2000hkd deposit, charged according to the number of days and people. Coming from HK airport, the A11 bus takes about 30 minutes and stops very near. From the A11 bus stop, walk left, cross the small road on the right, then turn left again. The entrance can be easy to miss, so ask a local vendor if needed.
We stayed for three months while our home was being renovated. The room had serious air-conditioning leaks, which usually took a few days to get fixed. Housekeeping was inconsistent too. We were in a two-bedroom unit, but plenty of corners and surfaces were dusty, and tissues, garbage bags, and other supplies weren’t replenished on time. The deposit issue has been going on for almost three months. I signed a contract and confirmed my move-out date with two sales representatives, once before and again on the day I moved out. I left on time and told them I couldn’t drop off the key cards that day, but would return them later when I passed by. After I kept chasing the refund, they began charging me for two extra days, saying they only count from the date the cards were returned. Neither representative mentioned that during the move-out process. They said a change in their financial team caused the delay, but I still haven’t received my deposit. Use your own judgment about staying here in HK, for a short or long visit. I hope this helps.
There’s no concierge, so this doesn’t feel like a serviced apartment as advertised. The security guards were generally helpful, but often had to pass requests on to an off-site manager. We asked for an extra blanket and were told it would cost $100 per night. The location and interiors are great, but the service was very disappointing. Housekeeping is weekly and patchy, so you need to check whether the cleaners have vacuumed, mopped, and cleaned the toilet, and remind them when needed. I strongly suggest staying in to oversee it. We went nearly two weeks without housekeeping. There was no service on public holidays and no rescheduling. The Thursdays 25th Dec and 1st Jan were both public holidays; the manager said the contract covered this, and only arranged housekeeping after we insisted, as a 'gesture for goodwill'. Check the contract terms carefully. Security deposits are returned within 30 working days, which means more than a month and a half.
The contract said my deposit would be returned a month after I moved out. More than a month later, I contacted management by email and phone. They kept saying it would be soon, most recently that it would arrive within the week, but I still haven’t received any money or message. I’m very disappointed.
