We were really happy with our choice last October. It was our first stop before traveling to mainland China, and we wanted to try somewhere new instead of our usual Ritz-Carlton next door. I’m glad we picked the W Hotel. The location is extremely convenient, the food was excellent, and staff were friendly and very helpful. The modern, sophisticated design runs throughout the hotel. We had a great experience and would happily stay again.

My family and I were really happy with the stay. The room was huge by HK standards, well equipped and maintained, and the swimming pool was awesome. We really enjoyed breakfast too. Staff were very attentive throughout, and Nana, if I remember her name correctly, made the stay especially welcoming. Check-in was smooth, there was a greeting card from the loyalty team, and they brought a small cake for my daughter’s belated birthday, 4 days after check-in. Check-out was a bit slow.

Breakfast had a great selection and was high quality. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, with quality finishes and a contemporary, well thought out design. I noticed attention to detail in both the rooms and public spaces, and service was consistently good, especially from housekeeping. Getting around was easy thanks to convenient access to the Airport Express and MTR. At check-in, Wes from the Welcome team made us feel genuinely welcome with his warm, attentive approach and thoughtful gestures. We’d certainly stay at W Hong Kong again and make it our regular choice in Hong Kong.

We had a high-quality stay at the W Hotel, with modern, spacious, well-designed rooms and some with beautiful panoramic harbour views. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always happy to help, which made the atmosphere welcoming and relaxing. Its prime location beside a large shopping mall made it easy to get to plenty of shops and restaurants for dining or exploring through the day. A great choice for comfort, convenience, and views when visiting Hong Kong. Highly recommended. 5 Stars!

There’s a positive energy to this hotel. The view from the room was nice, and the room was spacious, clean, and better designed and finished than I expected. Staff from Woobar and the Kitchen were friendly. I was impressed to see smiling faces in the kitchen, even the Chef was smiling. Recommended!
