Xi Hotel

We were on the 17th floor, and the bathroom had really strong water pressure. The room was wide enough for two suitcases, and the staff were very nice. You can leave your luggage after checkout, too. The price seemed fair for the location, with lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. It's opposite K11 Art Mall and close to East Tsim Sha Tsui MTR, exits N1 and N2.

We spent three nights here with friends, and when we ran into a difficult situation the staff were quick to help. They were friendly and very helpful throughout. It's a small hotel without a big lobby, and the rooms aren't large, though there was enough space for two people and luggage. The location is handy, near K11 mall and Tsim Sha Tsui station, with Ichiran Ramen and One Dim Sum within walking distance for late-night food. The room also had amenities that are hard to find in other hotels.

The staff were consistently nice and ready to sort out problems. This small hotel is clean and not too expensive. The rooms could use more lighting, and there are no drawers or wardrobes, so most clothes have to stay in your suitcase.

The location worked so well for us, with restaurants all around and no uphill walk, which is good for older people. A small 711 is just a minute away. We booked two rooms through agoda, and both were cozy, clean, just like the photos, and had the essential amenities. There's a vanity area with a kit and blower, and they kept the rooms clean without disturbing our belongings. They lent us an iron and stand when we asked. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided in pumps. Staff were friendly, greeted us whenever we crossed paths, and spoke fluent English. The concierge also explained how to get to Macau by bus, which helped a lot. We had to leave a $500 deposit for each room, returned at checkout. Checkout was quick, just a confirmation about whether we'd used anything from the minibar. ❤️❤️❤️
