Pretty nice.

The staff felt indifferent and passive, like going back twenty years. Hotel managers should pay attention to that old small-vendor mindset from the early days of China's reform and opening up and work on improving it. The room itself was bright, spacious, and comfortable, and the surroundings and facilities were clean and well kept. The refrigerator was empty, though there were reasonably priced vending machines in the hallway. Breakfast didn’t offer much choice, but the ingredients were fresh and the food tasted good. One odd thing: the bathroom mat I went to get was incredibly worn out and old. Management really needs to put in more effort.

Breakfast setup was decent and fairly clean, even if it wasn’t new. The counter staff were inefficient, though, so the wait got long.

The room was pleasant, and there’s a pool and gym at the hotel. Since it’s a TCL affiliate, taxis are hard to find nearby, and you have to walk a little to get to dining options.
