Jinjiang Inn Style Huizhou Xihu Park Pedestrian Street

The staff were really friendly, and the rate was unbelievably cheap for such a good stay. Our room was very spacious and simply furnished, with a surprisingly comfortable bed, bottled water, a full range of toiletries, armchairs, and a small tea table. It faced Main Street, so we could sit back with beers and watch people. The wifi was good, too. We had no trouble with cigarette smoke in the corridors, probably because the central heating wasn't working; the portable heater they gave us was enough. The location was superb, next to the park and a short walk from Shuidong Street. There’s a small shopping mall beside the hotel, plus plenty of places to eat nearby. We tried Hakka cuisine and HK style dim sum. A Chinese pharmacy was also close by. The helpful pharmacist recommended native herbal medicine for my husband's cough and sore throat, and he recovered after two days. We went back to thank the pharmacist. We’ve stayed at this chain in several cities in China.
