A3 Hotel Hong Kong

We stayed as a family of three in December 2025. The rooms were neat and clean, and housekeeping was spot on. The location is great, with the metro within walking distance and plenty of restaurants and convenience stores close by. Most of the hotel staff were very courteous and made us feel welcome. Breakfast was the weak point. There wasn't much choice, it felt rushed, and the room had the atmosphere of a large group tour banquet. The breakfast staff seemed pretty nonchalant.

We loved our stay, a 10/10 for us. We got an early check-in and a complimentary upgrade, which was a lovely surprise, and the room was extremely clean. Everything about the hotel and service was flawless, with no issues at all. The location was super convenient, with McDonald’s, Starbucks, and plenty of other options just outside, plus a bus stop a few steps away.

This was our second stay at Nathan Hotel, and both visits have been great. The rooms were lovely, and we got an upgrade each time. The staff are amazing, friendly, and so helpful. At checkout, they kindly arranged a taxi to the Airport for us and our six large suitcases. It's easy to get around, with markets and lots of places to eat within walking distance and public transport close by. We'll choose Nathan Hotel whenever we're in Hong Kong. Thanks, team :)

We spent five days and four nights in Room 706. We booked for the smart TV, bathtub, and big bed, then were pleasantly surprised by a complimentary upgrade to a room with a king-sized bed. The room felt surprisingly spacious by Hong Kong standards, and it was comfortable for the two of us. The bed was cozy, and we liked the modern bathtub with its glass panel, which made the space feel more open. The reception staff were friendly and communicated well in English, so there's no need to worry if you don't speak Cantonese. Housekeeping was considerate, too. When we put up the “Do Not Disturb” sign, they left a note under the door with a number to call for fresh towels or replacement water. The room was a little dusty, and one night cigarette smoke drifted in from the corridor. We told reception, and they responded quickly by sending housekeeping with an air purifier and spray. It wasn't ideal, but they handled it professionally and resolved it well. We had a comfortable, pleasant stay despite those minor issues, and would consider returning.
