Despite the good location, I was upset by the state of the room. It smelled old and damp, seemed run down and poorly maintained, and there was dust on top of the appliances. Tape had been used to patch damaged wallpaper and frames, and some things left by previous guests were still there. The accommodation and its advertising gave me a very misleading impression of what I thought I'd booked online. When I contacted customer service, they were rude and dismissive. I've never experienced anything like it. I'd give this zero stars if I could. Please don't book.

After booking through a US booking site, I got suspicious scam or phishing messages threatening to cancel my reservation unless I replied within two hours. The reservation was paid and still a month away. They later claimed they had been hacked, but only after I told them the request looked sketchy. Since then, I haven't been able to reach them. When we called, a woman answered screaming and immediately hung up. I eventually filed a chargeback with my credit card and still couldn't get in touch. It's unclear whether this place even still exists. Save yourself the hassle.

Tiny, miserable rooms, with no shelves or cleaning, and a noisy fan.

The room, bathroom, and air conditioning were all moldy. You had to pay extra for a room with a window, but its glass was covered with a sticker, so there was no view or natural light, and it couldn't be opened.
