E Hotel Hong Kong

E Hotel is right in the middle of busy Sham Shui Po, with shops and restaurants all around and the subway station next door. Staff were friendly as soon as we checked in. The rooms are clean, though very small, which is what you’d expect for a Hong Kong hotel, and there’s space under the bed for luggage. The air conditioning is obnoxiously loud. That wasn’t a problem during our winter stay, but it could be in summer.

The two weeks I spent here made getting around Hong Kong by public transport easy. The MTR is close, and I felt safe. I also had a lot of fun shopping locally for Christmas decorations and gadgets at unbelievable prices. The hotel itself was one of the best boutique stays I’ve had. It was spotless, the housekeeping team was wonderful, and the front desk staff were helpful, quick, and kind. I loved the modern lobby and how well the space was used, and the lounge next door and gym were great too. Thanks to everyone, especially Brandon and Grace, for responding quickly, helping with what I needed, and patiently pointing me in the right direction.

Getting around was easy, with Sham Shui Po Station’s Exit B2 a short walk away and plenty of restaurants and convenience stores close by. The room felt comfortable, clean, modern, and well equipped. Service was standard for Hong Kong, though one of the women on staff was especially friendly. A good option if you want comfort and easy access around the city.

The staff were friendly, and both the hotel and rooms were clean. The location was really convenient too. The air conditioning was noisy. The room was so tiny and already a tight fit, there was barely space for anything else, and nowhere to relax in it. Not a good pick if you’re planning to shop till you drop.
