We got used to the small room, and it was really clean. The location was amazing: my wife and I could walk to lots of places, and the Subway station is just outside, with service to the island and elsewhere. Mr. Ken, the owner, was also a great source of information for any questions we had about staying in Hong Kong.

I'd tell people not to stay here. The room was awful, dark, smelly, and had no ventilation. The host was very unfriendly and should be in a different line of work.

They upgraded my room for free. It was clean and comfortable, and the service was good.

A huge cockroach crawled over us and woke us up.

The landlord kept in touch from when I arrived until I left, and was attentive. The place was clean and right in the heart of the city. Yes, the room is small. I had one with a window. It's not really a hotel, but it's fine to stay here if you're not buying.
