The staff were very friendly and helpful, and there's plenty to do nearby with easy train access. The rooms are basic and reasonably clean, though I saw stains on the sheets. I didn't find mold or bugs, and given the low price, you get what you pay for. The building and the area outside felt sketchy, especially at night. Drug dealers approached me several times on my way back and I saw them aggressively approach women too. That's not the hotel's fault, but it was uncomfortable. Solo female travelers may be better off avoiding it. I'd recommend it if you just need a budget place to shower and sleep and don't mind a bit of an adventure. It isn't for solo women or anyone looking for comfort and a relaxing hotel stay.

The elevator queues were awful: there were only two slow elevators for each block, and they got crowded. It took a long time to get up to the room. There seemed to be around five blocks, with different hotels listed on Agoda in each one. The place was filthy and disgusting, and the outside looked like a horror movie. The staff weren't very friendly either. I left my suitcase in the office while I went to explore, after a staff member said they'd open the door when I returned. I rang the bell, but nobody let me in. Stay away. I don't know why it has so many stars. It isn't worth it, and I'm worried about getting bitten by bedbugs.

A convenient place to stay, close to the railway station and the Hong Kong Museum of Arts. The staff are friendly and accommodating, and they can also arrange taxi service.

It's a quiet and safe place to come back to after a day out. They have a card key for the gate, and I could rest properly. The room and toilet were clean, with enough space. Basic things are provided, including toothpaste, a toothbrush, shampoo, soap, tissues, a microwave, a fridge, and free water. The staff are really nice, especially the owner. Highly recommended!
