This was my experience, and it may be different for others. I went there in person, but it took about half an hour and several texts before staff opened the door. They first said our room was available, then told us it had been booked. Once we picked another room, the staff member had to tidy it because she'd been eating lunch in there, and then stayed to chat for a while, which felt strange. We had almost no privacy, and it put us in a bad mood. The room was dirty, with hair on the bed. The bathroom was gross, and yellow liquid and hair came out from around the toilet when we showered. We left as quickly as we could.

The booking platforms didn't make clear that this was a love-themed hotel. I canceled and asked for a refund, but the hotel and platform each passed responsibility to the other. In the end, they split the cancellation fee between them.

The room was foul-smelling, the toilet was filthy, and the air conditioner was an old window unit. The accommodation was on the 5th floor, but the elevator only went up to the 4th and couldn't take us any farther. Then the front desk said we had to pass through a sauna, which looked like an illegal structure, and make several turns to reach the room. The whole setup felt seriously wrong. The five-star rating is a lie when there aren't many reviews. We found somewhere else and left in under half an hour. I wouldn't give this place even one star. Don't stay here!

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The massage shower felt great, and getting around was easy, with the subway just a minute away. They have both themed rooms and regular hotel rooms.
