I was impressed by how clean and safe it felt, and there's a free water dispenser inside the hostel. For someone staying alone, it's great value. Winnie was prompt and impressive, even though I arrived after midnight, and got me checked in right away. The location is convenient too, with an airport bus stop right in front and the A21 coming every 15 minutes.
A simple stay, but it may be all you need. Self check-in instructions were easy to follow, the towels were good quality, and the keeper replied quickly on WhatsApp.
The location is perfect, which was useful since I only used the room to sleep. There was just one lift for 15 floors, so there was a lot of waiting. One day there was no hot water, and another day there was no water in the toilet. I could hear people in the other rooms as well as street noise.
From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel like I was a burden. Every question got a condescending response, and their rude, unprofessional attitude made it clear that customer service wasn't on their minds. I've never been treated with such disrespect by a business. I won't return, and I'd strongly advise others to avoid the place unless they enjoy being treated poorly.
The room was clean and had no smell, and the location was good for the price. The contact person was approachable too.
