The receptionist was very rude when I contacted them after travel delays meant I couldn’t make it to Hongkong. They refused to refund all my money and answered me rudely. These policies feel like a way to take people’s money. Please return mine. I won’t stop spreading the word about this bad experience until I get it back.

They cancelled my booking without telling me beforehand, just like that. The receptionist was rude and unfriendly. I saw reviews on traveloka saying this had happened to other guests too, and that the hotel then tries to charge double if guests still want the room. Don’t visit.

The place was really dirty and the service was absurd. I’d never go back.

I wouldn’t stay here again.
