I had to put up with this place for a whole week because they don't offer refunds. The other guests were mostly people from Mainland China, and they were loud in the hallway and slammed doors every night until 2 a.m. My last night nearly ended in a fistfight. Lesson learned, I’ll get an Airbnb next time in Hong Kong. The pictures don't match the rooms. The toilet seat was broken, the curtains were dirty, there were holes in the wall, and the room smelled of cigarettes. Quite possibly the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

The room next door was leaking water into a puddle outside its door. When I told the staff, they brushed it off and said that's what happens when people shower in that room. I also woke up with little bites all over my arms and legs, even though I’d worn long pants. Getting to check in was a hassle. You have to go down a small alley, take an elevator to the ninth floor, and look for a tiny sign. Reception had cancelled my booking, so I had to pay in cash there. The room itself was tiny, with strange stains on the floor, shower, bed, and toilet. The air conditioner points straight at the bed, so you either get blasted with cold air all night or put up with the uncomfortable room temperature. People say you get what you pay for, and it is dirt cheap by Hong Kong standards, but this place isn't worth the discomfort or trouble. Pay a bit more and save yourself the hassle. I wouldn't recommend it even to budget travellers. Skip it, don't even think about it.

The reception staff were friendly enough, but the room was a nasty surprise. Black hair was everywhere, including the bathroom walls, towels, sheets, pillowcases, and even underneath the bedding. There was fungus on the ceiling outside the room, dust all over, and the floor looked like someone had thrown up on it. Nothing like the photos. Don't go unless you're happy to clean your own hotel room.

The pictures are deceptive, the rooms look nothing like them. Black hair was all over the sheets, pillowcases, floor, bathroom walls, and even the towels, and the walls were dusty. It's one of the dirtiest places I've checked into. There are other hotels nearby, so you can stay in the same area. I had to give it a star to leave a comment, otherwise I wouldn't have given it one. Don't go!

The location was good, but that's the only reason for the one star. The room was poorly maintained and smelled of cigarettes even though we'd booked a non-smoking room. The bathroom and facilities were dirty and in pretty bad condition.
