Kathmandu Guest House

The building smelled awful and was dirty, and I found three types of insects in my room and killed many of them. The rooms were very small, nothing like the photos. Reception was noisy all day, with the receptionist talking and laughing loudly. They didn’t care when warned. I’d never recommend it.

Fine for a night or two. It was clean, the staff were okay, and the internet seemed alright, though I didn’t test it much. They didn’t have the single room I’d booked, so they gave me a twin room for the night.

The receptionist was very rude and the service was bad. The AC wasn’t cold, and the bathroom lights weren’t bright enough. I really don’t recommend staying here, or you’ll be disappointed.

The outside area was very dirty, and there were ladies of the night working here. This building doesn’t feel safe, including the electrical setup, and the elevator could take you to the 20th floor. Stay across from the metro station instead, it’s much cleaner and safer. Don’t stay in this building.
