The rooms at Le Could (14F) were clean and nice, with quality bed sheets, an East power strip, and working AC. The Jordan area is a great location. But finding it was a frustrating hour-long struggle because the address in the Trip listing was badly wrong and left out the building number. The English building name is "New Lucky House," right by exit B1 of JORDAN MTR Station. I asked the Owner to fix the listing, but it still hadn't been done. I found those careless errors disrespectful and unacceptable, and they spoiled our mood. Normally I wouldn't return to a property after that. The Google Profile contact number is a +86 China number.

The hosts were kind and helpful, and the room was cleaned every day with toiletries provided. The location is great, right by the subway line, restaurants, and shops. A 10/10 stay for me, and I'd definitely return if I visit Hong Kong.
We had a family room for four, and the price was cheap and very good value. It was small, but exceptionally clean, with a comfortable bed. The room came with soap, shampoo, and a towel. We also got very good service from a receptionist who spoke English. The location is perfect, just by exit B1 of Jordan MTR station. Go up to the 14th floor of New Lucky building. There wasn't an English sign when I arrived, but after my comment they added the English name, so it's easy to spot now.
We ended up extending our stay when Typhoon Lagasa appeared suddenly and canceled our flight, and my girlfriend and I were pretty upset. The owner explained what to do and suggested we stock up on food during the shutdown. We stayed safely and eventually got back to Korea. Thanks to the owner's care, we made another lovely memory together. The owner communicates through a translator, and conversation was very easy. (Which translator do you use? It works incredibly accurately.) The room is on the 14th floor, with a very good view. The entrance to the station is about ten steps from the building entrance, and there's an ATM just to the right after you go downstairs. Transport, restaurants, and supermarkets are all close, so getting around and finding food was easy. Room service was excellent, and the cleaning was thorough. Most of all, there were no bugs. We visited in mid-September, and despite the humidity, didn't see a mosquito, gnat, or cockroach. Breakfast and dinner aren't provided, but it's a clean place to sleep. The room was smaller than I expected, with space to open about two suitcases. Given the cost of living in Hong Kong, though, I think that's acceptable. It was clean and suited to sleeping for the price, with good transport, lots of nearby restaurants, no bugs, and an owner who takes good care of guests. If that's what you're after, I'd recommend it. I'd stay here again if I visit.
Jordan Station exit B1 is right in front of the building. Take the elevator on the left to the 14th floor, then turn right as you leave it. There was no water in the room, but it did have a hair dryer, shampoo, and body soap. There was a TV too, though I couldn't find the outlet and there was no remote. Noise from the next room made it less comfortable. It cost around 15,000 yen a night, which I can understand given Hong Kong's cost of living.
