The staff were helpful, and the place was quiet with restaurants close by. Jordan Station was only a few minutes away on foot. We spent nearly a month in a tiny one-bed apartment over Christmas and New Year. The second-floor laundry machines were useful, though HK$120 for a wash and dry felt expensive. The lighting in both the living room and bedroom was too dim, and the hard mattress brought back my old back pain. We might return if those two issues are improved.

The location is handy, close to the MTR, with buses to the airport nearby and plenty of places to eat and shop. Madera service apartment is quiet despite being half a block from Nathan Rd. Staff are polite and friendly, and when something needs attention, someone comes to fix it right away. The place feels safe, with security around the clock. They clean daily and change the towels and bed sheets regularly.
