You get what you pay for here. If you can afford somewhere else, stay there. But if you're used to hostels and can handle six people in a closet-sized room, noisy bunkmates, and bathrooms with a suspicious smell, it's certainly cheaper than other places. Once you find it, the location is good. It took me a while.

The shared room was tiny, and the aircon dripped until the floor was wet. I wasn't comfortable at all. Worst room I've had in Hong Kong.

Getting in and checking out were smooth, and I liked the high-tech locks on the gates and rooms. There's a phone on the door; call the posted number and the attendant or owner will help. The English may not come through clearly, though. They provide the customer with a password, so identity documents aren't needed. Still, I think having an attendant there in person would make help easier. The toilet was terrible, with grime, mold, and a stink. The floor was wet, and no towel was provided.

The location is the one good thing, conveniently close to the station and night market. When we arrived, the room hadn't been cleaned, and we waited an hour before checking in. We weren't given check-in instructions, either. The room was dirty, the bathroom was small, and there was a bad smell.
