Just average, but the staff were friendly.

The rooms are awful and full of bugs, and the whole building feels unsafe. A terrible place, definitely somewhere to stay away from.

The room was small, but really clean and fully equipped. It even had a universal power outlet, which was handy. The owner was very friendly and showed us how to get around Hong Kong on public transport. Restaurants and souvenir shops surround the hotel, and Victoria Harbour is about a 10-minute walk away.

With reasonable expectations, this hotel is quite good. I've also stayed in a deluxe room at Causeway Bay Grand Boutique Hotel, a stylish mid-range boutique hotel that cost more, and at a mini-hotel in Central that cost twice as much. I was very satisfied with the mini-hotel, and would recommend both of those places over this one, especially the mini-hotel.
