The cold air conditioning is hard to deal with when they often don't provide a proper blanket. Their “thin blanket” is just a duvet cover handed to guests. That's unacceptable service, even at a low price. They say washing a real blanket is inconvenient, but that sounds like an excuse. Other love hotels at similar prices manage to provide something a little thicker. At the very least, guests should get a thin blanket. Why can't this place do the same? Giving people duvet covers to sleep under, impressive! 👍

The room felt old and run-down, and the soundproofing was awful. Staff knocked forcefully on the door, which gave me the impression they wanted guests to leave early. The self-service area is supposedly meant to reduce disruption and save guests time.

They don't answer the phone. Whether there are seats available or not, they just listen to the voice on the phone.

There was a musty smell in the windowless room, and the sink was blocked.
