The location is handy, near the subway, but the room is so cramped that even sorting out your luggage is difficult. They charged an extra 61 HKD for cleaning, yet didn’t do it properly. I dropped some hair on the floor to see whether it would get cleaned, and sure enough, it didn’t. At checkout they asked to see my booking in the Agoda app. I was wrong to let them open it on my phone: they posted reviews and gave themselves five stars.

It’s a basic hotel room, and it can be small. The lift is the main hassle: you have to wait for the next round because it doesn’t stop according to floors. Still, it’s a good place to stay for at least two nights. Thanks to Mr. David, Mdm Julia, Aosim. Best wishes!

The room was so compact that finding space for both our suitcases was a challenge. The lift could also get crowded, with people lining up to wait. But the front desk staff were friendly and accommodating, and they replaced the towels every day. The location is excellent, right in the heart of TST near train stations and lots of shops, which made the stay pleasant.

The staff were really friendly and accommodating, and the rhine hostel is close to a major subway line with lots of food spots nearby. My stay was clean and just right for a couple of nights. Thanks!

The room was quiet and very clean. The day staff were wonderful and helped me with everything, including giving me directions for visiting the city.
