We loved the spacious three-bedroom suite as a family. Having a full kitchen and washer made everything much easier, and the harbour view was lovely. Harbourview Place was very impressive for our two-night stay. The location is hard to beat, with direct indoor access to Kowloon Station and Elements Mall, plus lots of dining options. It was so convenient to take the MTR from Kowloon Station to Disneyland with the children. Alex at the front desk was courteous and arranged everything for us. The housekeeping lady was also really friendly and helpful. Highly recommend for travelers who want convenience and space in Hong Kong. Love it!

The room has a full kitchen, washer-dryer unit, and a crib is available on request, which makes it great for families traveling with a baby. It’s conveniently located in the Elements mall, with easy travel to and from the airport.

He replied with a detailed email explaining the short-stay package, discounted pricing and applicable taxes clearly. He even included an example calculation, which made it all easy to follow. Rea’s tone was warm and courteous, and he anticipated what I might need next. He offered information about room availability, confirmation timelines and what to do if I wanted to proceed, without me having to ask. That sort of proactive help and attention to detail really stood out. His professionalism, clarity and care have left me with a great impression of The HarbourView Place. I spent about six months at The Harbourview Place. It was comfortable and quiet, and the service was fantastic. My harbour view was absolutely spectacular. Being so close to Kowloon Station made getting to and from work quick and easy.

The room and living area were hygienic, comfortable and relaxing. Staff and service were great, too. The location made it easy to get to and from the airport by AirPort Express, see sights around HK, and cross the border to Macau and China. It saved a lot of transit time.
