Townplace West Kowloon

The service was the standout for me, from making the reservation through check-in and even after I left. The team took great care of me and was extremely helpful, possibly on par with some of the big names in hospitality. I stayed at Townplace West Kowloon for nearly three months and really enjoyed it. The rooms were well kept and everything worked. The laundry room was a delight after places I'd stayed elsewhere, and the facilities were amazing. I especially liked spending time on the roof, alone or with friends. The views were breathtaking. The waterfront helps make up for the location if you're looking for late night food and drinks, since it's not really a high energy neighborhood. My only other minor complaint is that the bathroom design could be better.

Louisa made checkout feel especially warm. She greeted us kindly and seemed genuinely concerned about how our stay had gone. My family and I were there for a week and had a great time. The rooms were cozy, the location was handy, and the staff were friendly. I’d gladly recommend this serviced apartment to travelers or locals on vacation, and we’d love to come back.

The facilities have all been just as pictured, maybe even better: the gym and pool are modern and pristine, the jacuzzi is great for relaxing, and the co-working space works well for getting things done. I only moved in yesterday, but I’m already very happy here. The room is spotless, the bed is incredibly comfortable, and the sea view is stunning. Big thanks to the front desk for such a warm, attentive welcome. The service has been responsive and top-notch, and I’ll definitely return.

Kaka, Rena, and Rose at the front desk made the stay memorable. They welcomed us warmly, handled things efficiently, and showed real care for guests. The staff were the main reason my stay was so wonderful. I can’t recommend this hotel enough.
