I won't come back. We had a room reservation mix-up that took extra time to resolve, even though I'd called ahead to confirm. The staff don't speak English, and the late shift doesn't pass information on to the early shift. Room service said they'd check my question and call me back, but no one did. The order was still placed and the food delivered. Really poor service.

The room was great, with comfortable beds and hot water. Thin walls were the one drawback.

Comfortable place to stay, and the location is good.

The room had everything I needed, and the staff really tried to help, though they speak very little English. It's a bit odd that reception is on the 28th floor, the rooms are on the 30th, and breakfast is on the 6th, so the elevators can mean a wait of a few minutes. Breakfast has a wide choice of Asian and European food. The tea was excellent, but I'd skip the coffee. The city and lake views are lovely. Also, the map seems off: the hotel is a couple of blocks farther north. Overall, an excellent hotel.

I only had one night here because of my travel schedule, but the facilities were very clean and good, just what I'd expect from a five-star hotel.
