The shuttle driver was the one part of our stay that really let us down. We were five in the family, including two little kids, with all our flight luggage. When the bus was full, I asked in Cantonese where we could get a taxi, but he wouldn't answer. On another trip, he made my wife and me sit apart because our two year old was on a lap. I understand the one-person-per-seat rule, but he banged loudly on the window and pointed angrily at us and our child, which frightened our toddler. The room was peaceful and clean, better than I expected from the advertising. The staff were generally helpful, and the cleaning staff were especially great. If you don't have young children or need the shuttle, I'd recommend this place.

We booked several rooms at Hotel Ease for a family reunion in HongKong. The rooms were really spacious, and we had no problems during our stay. The shuttle to and from Kwai Hing was very useful. Only thing I missed was a bidet in the bathroom 😅

The shuttle ran every 30 minutes between the hotel and the MTR, which made the walk to the station much less of an issue and saved us money. Hong Kong is expensive compared with India, so that helped. We were there for seven days, four of us in a standard room. They upgraded us to a big bed at no charge and let all four of us stay together, which I really appreciated. The room was very clean and genuinely spacious for HK, and the room photos on Google were accurate. We didn't expect such lovely hospitality. I'd happily recommend Hotel Ease to my family and friends.

The rooms at Hotel Ease Tsuen Wan are modern and comfortable, with free Wi-Fi, clean facilities, stylish decor and a restaurant. It's a nice location, though Central is far away. There's a shuttle to Kwai Hing, the nearest MTR station, every 30 minutes, which is convenient. For the price, it was good value. The main drawbacks are that breakfast isn't provided and there's no complimentary bottled water.

A handy bus service takes you to the station, and the hotel is nice. Just be aware they don't provide drinking water. You can get some at the vending machine or 7-11.
