I was comfortable here for my one-night stay. The room was spacious, clean, and tidy, and the washroom was large and hygienic. Facilities were good, and there were sandals available to use or buy. One suggestion for management: please label halal foods, since Muslim guests stay here.

The breakfast buffet had plenty of options, but the staff weren't especially attentive or helpful during service. The rooms are spacious, though the hotel feels old and dated, with dim lighting and interiors that could use renovation. For a place listed as four-star, the experience fell short of what I expected.

A handy place to stay before an early trip to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. The room was comfortable and clean, even if the furniture felt old and outdated. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it.

For a hotel listed as four-star, it felt closer to two-star to me. The room and hotel are dated, and the lighting stayed poor even with every light on. Although our room was non-smoking, cigarette smoke drifted in from guests smoking along the walkway. Cleanliness, especially the carpet, could be better. Breakfast was basic, and when the main hall filled up with no seats left, staff didn't proactively open another hall.

The room was spacious and had a heater, though it felt quite old. Everything else was great, apart from a poor breakfast experience.
