Pullman Linyi Lushang

The restaurant is delicious, and there's a good gym and laundry, so the hotel has what we needed for a comfortable stay. The service is top level too. Ms. April, the manager, helped and supported us with all our questions, and we're really glad we met her. Her professionalism made us feel at home. One of the best hotels in China. We'd recommend it!

The location worked well, with restaurants and bars nearby, and the room was clean. Staff were nice too. For a five star hotel, the price was reasonable. I booked an executive room with perks, including free services at the hotel bar from 17:30-19:30, and it was worth the cost. It's one of the best hotels I've stayed in so far. I'll definitely book here again 😃

The front desk and M&E staff are professional at their posts. The breakfast tables could be cleared sooner, though. Guests end up looking around for somewhere to sit. Mr. EUGENE has been cheerful and ready to help every time I've visited. I've been here four times, starting in 2017, and he's made me feel welcome enough to want to return. On my first visit, he helped call a taxi. The second time, he sorted out a local delivery and called a taxi. On my third visit, he ordered food and called a taxi when we were running late for transport, then even stopped the transport for us when he saw us coming as it was leaving. This visit, he was just as cheerful and helpful. Keep it up, and give the man a Tiger, a star in my country. Hopefully next time I can give the hotel full stars.

Breakfast had a good mix of Chinese and Western dishes, and the staff were friendly and helpful. My room was clean and nicely furnished. This seems like the city's best hotel for Western travelers.
