I stayed for nine nights and got to try three types of rooms. Every one had lovely views of both sunrise and sunset, and I think this is the best view in Nanning. The gym and pool on the 77th floor were also a highlight, with sweeping views all around. Breakfast had lots of choices, including a live station making rice noodles with an authentic Guangxi taste. The staff made the stay really enjoyable, from Lux, Irene, Anna, and Queena at the front desk to the breakfast team and housekeeping. I had an amazing time at Na Lotus Hotel Nanning and would highly recommend it to visitors.

We were treated especially well thanks to our titanium membership, and Qin Xiaoran was patient, kind, friendly, and keen to help us on several occasions. The room was great, the view amazing, and breakfast first class. The hotel is impressive overall. I did take off a star because they said we couldn't use the pool unless we bought and wore swim caps, which were surprisingly expensive.

Everything worked really well here. The rooms are spacious, the view is wonderful, and the restaurant serves high-end food. The people were very kind and ready to help whenever needed. The gym and pool are high quality too. A five-star hotel, highly recommended!

I was here for work and loved my stay. The layout is a little unusual: reception is on the top floor, 80, the restaurant is on 79, and the pool, gym, and spa are on 78. Guest rooms go up to the 63rd floor. Mine was on 71, with a fantastic view, and it was spacious, comfortable, quiet, and clean. The bathroom was beautifully done, and the bathtub by the window was great. I ate breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the restaurant, and every meal was excellent. The food was fresh, with lots of dishes made to order. On my last day, which was my birthday, they were so kind and made me really happy by treating me to a wonderful traditional lunch. The staff were all very friendly and attentive, especially the manager.
