The room and its private balcony made for a comfortable stay. It was spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean, with a garden courtyard view that was lovely for coffee in the morning or wine later on. The bed was very comfortable, and I appreciated the quality linens and pillows. The bathroom felt luxurious too, with a rain shower, fluffy towels, and a good range of premium toiletries. The rooftop pool and lounge stood out for their breathtaking city skyline views. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful, with options for different dietary needs, plus a chef making omelets and pancakes to order. Service was the strongest part for me. Everyone was warm, professional, attentive, and seemed genuinely interested in making the visit memorable. Check-in went smoothly, and the staff offered helpful local recommendations. They took care with every detail, and I’d happily return to Celestia Grand. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, elegance, and outstanding hospitality. I recently stayed at the Pacific Grand Hotel, and the experience was exceptional from the moment I arrived.

It’s right in the city center, with shopping malls and tourist spots easy to reach. The staff are well trained, and breakfast is organized well and tastes good. The room and bed were comfortable and felt luxurious. Best hotel in the area!

The restaurant was very nice, and the hotel itself was clean, modern, and well staffed. When I called the front desk about the safe in my room, someone came up to fix it within two minutes. Everything was perfect during my visit last week.
