The rooms are nice, but that doesn't make up for the awful staff etiquette and room service.

The highlight is the rooftop infinity pool, including the suspended transparent pool, with beautiful views of the sea and sky. The entrance reception staff were helpful, but service at the front desk, in housekeeping, and in the restaurant was indifferent and inconsistent. It doesn't compare with internationally renowned hotels. Elsewhere, the hotel feels quite ordinary. Some of the open public areas seemed like an unfinished construction site, and cleanliness was disappointing. There was dust on our room floor, which made it uncomfortable. Sea-view rooms had much poorer views on lower floors and farther from Sanya Bay. Breakfast was mediocre, without anything especially memorable. The rooftop pool is the best part, while the rest could use a lot of improvement.
