I’ve stayed at several Hamptons and Hiltons, and this was my worst experience with them. I booked through the Hilton app a week ahead, but they raised the rate and only told me when I arrived. The shuttle service they advertised wasn’t available, and customer service from the staff was poor. The room and facilities were okay, but the location is inconvenient if you don’t have a car.

There’s lots of open space for walking or jogging and catching a breeze, and not many high-rises block the morning sun. The surroundings are clean, the breakfast was a feast with a wide range of Asian and American options, and the staff were especially nice and provided great service. A wonderful place to stay.

It feels more like a motel than a hotel, and all the facilities were shut down. There are residential apartment buildings around it with no shops nearby. The only real positives are being close to the airport and having a reasonable price.

English isn’t spoken properly, and the only thing within walking distance is the station. It’s basically what you’d expect for the price, and it feels like a fake Hilton.
