The service standard was almost nonexistent. Staff were mostly confused, with a few exceptions, and the place didn’t offer international-level service. Our booking was for two two-bedroom suites, but there was no clear explanation of what that meant. Here, “2BR” meant two beds across two rooms, with the living room doubling as another bedroom. The bathroom has a clear door with no lock right by the entrance, which is awkward if you have a guest and need the toilet. The shower is in a separate room beside the balcony window, also with clear doors, so you have to close the curtains unless you want to be on display. The microwave was fake and didn’t work, and the TVs and remotes were all in Chinese. Building C has no room service, only the main Building A does. There’s just one main café serving food, in Building A, out of the four buildings. If you’re hungry, you have to walk there. Service was very slow, the food average, and the prices high. Not worth it. At check-in and checkout, the guest service staff barely spoke English. Managers couldn’t make simple decisions without calling someone else. International travelers should avoid this hotel.

I picked this hotel because it looked nice and was cheap. I understand now why. It’s not very clean or modern, and it doesn’t seem as professional as the photos and reviews suggest. It’s also a bit far from the center, so after 8 p.m. you need a taxi. Maybe that’s just my opinion. I’m still here and will post photos in a few days. Update after a few days: don’t stay here. It’s far from the beach, the breakfast is disgusting, and the place is really dirty. Better not come.

Buying a place through Mika San went well. The service was helpful in finding an investment that suited me, and Mika San helped me choose an apartment and check for hidden problems before buying. I highly recommend them.

The rooms are good, but breakfast food has run out, and the service is poor.
