Voco Sanya Dadonghai

I loved the whole stay. The hotel is up on a hill, so the view is great, and it has modern facilities and excellent service. They also offer a free photo session, with the first 10 photos free. The beach area, with its cafes, bars and water activities, is about a 10-15 minute walk away.

I loved everything about this cool new 5-star hotel. My standard room had a bathroom and terrace, and the heated smart toilet was a nice touch. The pool was excellent, and the service was great. I thought the breakfasts were excellent too, with plenty of choice. Some reviews complain about the lack of a sidewalk and the uphill walk, or say they didn't like breakfast. But taxis are dirt cheap here, so what's the problem? I walked down and reached the embankment in five minutes. 😎👍🍷

Breakfast has good options for different tastes, and the pool looks out over the sea. The hotel itself is new and very clean. My only complaint is that getting to the beach takes a 20-minute walk.

The pool was a lovely place to relax, and being able to swim until 10:00 PM was a real plus. A swim under the stars made for a great atmosphere. Breakfast was another highlight, with a great selection of fresh, tasty food that we looked forward to every morning. The rooms at voco Sanya Dadonghai are modern, fresh and spotless. Daily cleaning and regular towel changes were done with care. The hotel is about a 10-15 minute walk from the beach, and it's a pleasant route. When we didn't feel like walking, the Didi app worked well and the shuttle came within minutes. We had a great stay. voco Sanya Dadonghai is clean and modern, with friendly service, and fully deserves its five-star rating. I'd highly recommend it.
