6/10
The rooms were clean, nicely decorated, and well equipped, and I thought the price was good for what you get. But I had several issues: the beds felt far too soft, and one elevator kept getting stuck for days without being fixed or taken out of service. The coffee was a disaster, easy to mistake for black tea.
