Mark at breakfast was especially welcoming and friendly, among the best service I’ve had. The rooms were clean, and the rest of the staff were friendly too. It’s a nice hotel with a river view, right beside a mall.

There’s a shopping mall right beside it, though there isn’t much there. The room was very large and clean, with a sea view. The hotel is right next to the Royal Caribbean Cruise ship port.

This was the SeaWorld shopping mall, not the hotel part of the Seaworld center. We loved it, and it ended up being one of my favorite places in Shanghai. There was so much to look at and it was full of surprises, from food to buy to clothes and souvenirs. Have a look at the pictures, I think you’ll be surprised too. It was amazing.
