For the price, the value is hard to beat, and I’d still highly recommend the hotel. The location is central and convenient, and check-in was a pleasure, quick and cordial. They recognized my status and offered an upgrade. The hotel feels dated, from the lobby through the guest rooms, but it’s clearly well maintained. I liked the bed and pillows and was comfortable during my stay. The main letdown was breakfast: the area felt much too small and the food choices were lacking.

The free laundry service was a big plus, and the room was very clean. We stayed at Holiday Inn Shanghai Vista for 5 nights and had a great experience. Front desk staff were welcoming and efficient, and those thoughtful services made the stay comfortable and stress-free. Highly recommended, we’ll certainly return on our next trip. 👍👍

There are plenty of shops, restaurants, and even parks within walking distance, right in the middle of a commercial area. That location is why I like staying here as a business traveler, since I value convenience and comfort. The rooms are a little dated, but the staff are very friendly, from the doorman to the restaurant staff, front desk people, and manager.

I booked a Suite on the 13th Floor with Executive Lounge access and found it very comfortable. The location was handy, the breakfasts excellent, and staff helpful and friendly. I spent 2 weeks at Vista in June on a business and leisure trip and really enjoyed it. I’d especially like to thank Daisy & Judy (Front Desk), Linda Li (Executive Lounge), Valentina Pan (Housekeeping Manager), Jessica Cao (Reservations Manager), and Ms Jun Li Jiang (Housekeeping 13th Floor). Their great service and friendly smiles made a real difference. Sincere thanks, and see you next time. Mike.

The double beds in my room were quite small for two adults, more like beds for two children. Still, the breakfast was pretty good, the staff welcoming, and the price reasonable. I had a pleasant stay overall.
