The staff were kind and helpful, even though their English was limited; Google Translate made communication work out fine. The hotel was clean, with breakfast available for self-service, and it offered transport to the airport on our departure day. It's conveniently placed for Pudong Airport and Disney. Just know the surroundings are rural, so evenings are mostly for local food and a walk, with little else to do.

We were there for just one night after our flight was cancelled, and the airline arranged this place. The rooms were spacious, and the bed and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The cigarette smell in the room was really unpleasant, though. Breakfast was fine, but there's no coffee. The workers were very kind, even if none of them spoke English. Apart from that, everything was perfect 👌🏼
