The location has a few upsides: it's quiet, there's a bank close by, and a mall with good cafes. It's also near the airport and train station, about 3 km away. But the hotel is in poor condition, and the service is absolutely subpar. The walls and rooms were dirty even after cleaning, the towels were threadbare, the air conditioning didn't work, and the Wi-Fi was very weak. Noise from neighboring rooms carries loudly. Breakfasts are repetitive and cost extra, which isn't worth it. Better to eat elsewhere.

The shower barely had any water, and there was no mini-fridge in the room. The individual air conditioning worked quite well. The quarantine hotel didn't provide running water, and housekeeping said they boiled their own tap water.

The price was good, and getting around was convenient. The room was very clean and comfortable, with a homey feel, and the staff were great about answering questions. It was a nice experience overall, and I'd stay here again.
